iOS CABBIE’S MATE SUBSCRIPTION APP DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS (PREPARED ON 18/10/2017)

Please make sure you delete the current subscription app and re start device. Please be aware that you MUST

download the Cabbie’s Mate app and maps via a secure Wi-Fi at home and NOT via 3G/4G. You must also have

strong Wi-Fi signal and 2 GB free space.

1-Go to the App Store icon on your device. 2- Tap on Search icon

3- Search for Cabbie’s Mate and select. 4- Tap on the cloud icon to download the app.

5- Downloading the app to your device. 6- When ‘OPEN’ appears, tap to open the app.

7- When asked, please allow to receive notifications. 8- Information message. Tap on OK, to continue.

9- Tap on ‘Ok, let’s get started’ to continue. 10- Tap on ‘Download’ button next to the option

11- Tap on all download buttons to download all 12- Downloads have started. When asked, please

Maps and poi (this example displays 2017-18 maps) allow the app to use your current location.

13- All maps and poi have been downloaded successfully. 14- If you need to contact us, tap on the ‘i’

Please tap on the ‘Done’ button to go to the map. Info button on the tool bar and tap on

‘Report a problem’ to send us an e mail.
