Q‐Metrics Executive Dashboard Overview• One‐stop overview of group level performance as of current date– Quality: Dropdown list of Quality Measures that have a higher percentile rank compared to the prior month
– Risk Management (RADAR): Rolls up the facility level rates of residents with high impairment or high risk
– DIA: Data Integrity Performance and Submission Compliance for the prior month for the group
– PointRight OnPoint 30: Rehospitalization rates for the group
– Medicare PPS: Estimated reimbursement, PPS submissions, Per Diem rates, with a comparison to same month, prior year
• Drill down to detailed reports

Steps for Using the Q‐Metrics Executive DashboardThe following slides will guide you through the steps for using the Q‐Metrics Executive Dashboard:

Step One: Login to PointRight
1. Go to:
www.pointright.com 2. Click Client Login

User Name Password
The password is case sensitive!

Roll the mouse icon over “Products” on Location page
or header tab.The Products drop-down
menu displays
In the Products drop-down menu, click Q-Metrics to
open the Executive Dashboard

The Q-Metric Executive Dashboard page has direct links to reports (with the exception of Risk Management) within the graphs/pie charts or through the blue underlined text or the numbers in the
Report Updates:• Data Integrity, Clinical (QMs),
Rehospitalization and Reimbursementupdate with completion of calculations for the prior month
• Risk Management and Submissions update daily within the current month

Clinical Section:• QMs for the group with decline in performance

• Click on a measure name to open the QM Green Light Report for that measure

• Click on Score or Unresolved Issues to access the DIA Group Summary Report Trend tab

Click in pie chart (Final Submission with DIA or Issue Status for DIA with Audit Assist) to open the Issue Summary Tab in the DIA Group Summary Report

Pie Chart is color coded to reflect the number of facilities within or below the expected submission rate• Click to view your Green
Light Report for File Submission
• The chart represents submissions for the current month and updates daily
At the beginning of the month, this pie chart will be red as facilities will be just beginning to submit and will start to display yellow and green as the month progresses

Click on the number of Medicare assessments to view the Medicare Group Summary report Estimated Reimbursement tab
Click to view the Medicare Group Summary report Estimated Reimbursement tab and compare data to the same time period last year
Click in the pie chart to view the Medicare GSR Medicare Days by Category tab

The Executive Dashboard is designed to accommodate all of our PointRight reports. If you have selected some, but not all of our services, you will see a representative sample screen such as this one if a report is inactive

Tips for Success
Q‐Metrics Executive Dashboard• Check the dashboard regularly to see current areas of concern
• Drill into full reports if issues are identified• QMs with higher percentiles, high risk residents, changes
in PPS reimbursement when compared to prior year • Use to plan follow‐up, quality initiatives or in advance of
site visits
