• Our generation today enjoys the pleasure of themselves in the internet, texting or gaming.
• Leading to frustration whenever parents ask them to do something while using the internet or playing video games.
• Behaviors like this shatters many parent-children
Writing skills
• Relies on digital communication and forgetting to improve their writing skills.
• Instead of writing the full word out, they tend to use abbreviations/slang.
Academics
• Spends too much time in front of the television or playing video games.
• Tends to be distracted by the new technology.
• Kids multi-task, but they focus more on the interesting things, instead of the more important ones.
Laziness
• Tends to go on the internet for the answer without trying to figure it out themselves.
• Can’t find the mentality to get the energy to accomplish the assignments, so social networks become more as a an attention grabber.
Lack of Privacy
• The internet has stripped the world of privacy these days with their apps and websites.
• People can find all of your information on the website you go on all the time.
• There are a lot of hackers these days, they would do anything to get all your info.
Cyber-Bullying
• The use of technology has increase bullying very much, where kids cannot be themselves because everywhere they go, they get picked on
• They say it on the internet so everyone can see, which they want to act cool
• Teen suicide rates have increased
