Precia-Molen’s PCS and GeneSYS weighbridge management software provide the most advanced solutions available on the market today. Their flexibility of design ensures they can be readily adapted to suit almost every weighing application.

Using a configuration set we are able to build applications quickly. Interfaces can be provided with peripheral equipment such as barriers, badge readers, driver operated consoles and, additionally, I/O is available to operate other devices such as digital cameras, radioactivity detectors, filling controls, etc.

The database allows any file to be defined such as customers, products, contracts etc, as well as pre-programming files for vehicles, badges etc. File content is flexible and may include fields with special validation, totals, transaction dates, etc. An Import/Export dialogue is also available to allow data transfer to other systems.

GeneSYS and PCS can be used in a wide range of industries including : aggregates / asphalt cement / concrete waste processing paper, glass and metal recycling food industry transport and logistics

Its modular design is built around the CAN OPEN field bus. The I 400 consists of three main components:A weight TRANSMITTER integrated in a junction box, or in DIN rail cabinet version,that ensures the immediate digitization of the signal avoiding any electromagneticdisturbances.
