Swiss-Belhotel Mangga Besar Takes Home 2 Bronze Medals at Salon Culinaire 2015 For immediate release 1 May 2015 Jakarta – Swiss-Belhotel Mangga Besar, a 4-star international hotel located right in the heart of Chinatown in the area of Mangga Besar and Mangga Dua, has once again entered Jakarta’s prestigious and biggest chef’s competition, the 10 th Salon Culinaire 2015 held by ACP or Association of Culinary Professionals. The competition was held from 15 to 18 April 2015 at JIEXPO Kemayoran, Jakarta, featuring 25 classes of Chef Competition. This year, under the leadership of Executive Chef, Sudaryanto, Swiss-Belhotel Mangga Besar sent 9 of its talented culinary team members to enter 6 competitions, namely: Fahmi Yusuf - Breakfast Display with Show Piece Fernandes Wijaya - Dress The Cake with 10 th Salon Culinaire Anniversary Theme Maewa Kartika - Asian Creative Canapés Adiel Sukma Kumara and Emir Zaldi - Seafood “Lee Kum Kee” Challenge Rizky Maulana, Ibpiek and Farid - Tabasco Cooking Battle Ahmadi - US Potato Challenge – Indonesian Flavour “We are proud to bring home 2 bronze medals for this year’s competition. Jakarta – Swiss-Belhotel Mangga Besar, a 4-star international hotel located right in the heart of Chinatown in the area of Mangga Besar and Mangga Dua, has once again entered Jakarta’s prestigious and biggest chef’s competition, the 10th Salon Culinaire 2015 held by ACP or Association of Culinary Professionals. Other participants received a diploma”, said Executive Chef, Sudaryanto.

“We will keep encouraging creativity and enthusiasm in our Culinary Team members. We look forward to the challenge of the next competition”, added Chef Sudaryanto. This is the 3rd time Swiss-Belhotel Mangga Besar has competed in Salon Culinaire. The hotel aims to enter more challenges and bring home more medals in the future.
