AINFORMAZIONI SCIENTIFICHE- La sottomissione dei lavori scientifici è aperta
- Solo contributi scientifici da parte di partecipanti registrati ed in regola con la quota di iscrizione (entro il 26 Luglio 2018) saranno pubblicati
- Almeno un autore deve essere registrato per ciascun abstract
- I contributi scientifici saranno valutati per l’accettazione dal Comitato Scientifico
- Entro il 26 Luglio 2018 tutti gli autori dovranno essere registrati ed in regola con la quota di iscrizione: in mancanza l’abstract sarà cancellato, senza eccezioni
- Il termine per l’invio dei contributi scientifici è fissato al 15 Giugno 2018 e la notifica di accettazione sarà comunicata all’autore che presenterà il contributo entro il 10 Luglio 2018
- Le istruzioni per la presentazione dei contributi orali e dei poster saranno accluse alla notifica di accettazione.
LINEE GUIDA - Gli abstracts devono essere scritti in italiano oppure in inglese e sottomessi nella loro versione definitiva
- Gli abstracts devono contenere risultati e discussione; abstracts che finiscono con “i risultati saranno mostrati e discussi durante il congresso” o similari non saranno accettati
- Gli abstracts dovranno contenere i seguenti paragrafi: Introduzione, Materiali e metodi, Risultati, Conclusioni, Bibliografia
- La lunghezza degli abstracts è limitata a 3.000 caratteri, circa 400 parole, titolo e affiliazioni incluse in un’unica pagina
- Il titolo deve chiaramente identificare il contenuto dell’abstract e deve essere limitato a max 150 caratteri
- L’autore deve indicare la preferenza di presentazione (orale o poster) nella forma di sottomissione
- Gli abstracts vanno inviati via e-mail all’indirizzo: [email protected]; nessuna altra forma di invio sarà accettata.

- L’abstract non è stato presentato in precedenza a nessun altro congresso
- Se l’abstract è accettato, uno o più autori parteciperanno e si iscriveranno al congresso; la registrazione al congresso è richiesta entro il 26 Luglio 2018
- Se un abstract accettato viene ritirato dal congresso, deve essere ritirato entro il 26 Luglio 2018
- Il Comitato scientifico si riserva il diritto di decidere se un abstract viene accettato come presentazione orale o come poster; la scelta sarà indicata nella notifica di accettazione.

SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION CALL FOR ABSTRACTS- The call for abstracts is now open.- Only contributions from registered and paying participants (within July 26th 2018) will be published.- One author registered for each abstract.- Contributions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.- Within the deadline of July 26th 2018 all authors shall have registered and paid for the registration fee: failure to do that, the abstract will be cancelled. No exception will be made.- Submission deadline is fixed on: June 15th 2018 and the notification of the status of your abstract will be communicated to the presenting author within July 10th 2018 by e-mail. - Instructions for poster or oral presentation will be included with notification of acceptance.
GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS• Abstracts are to be written in Italian or English. Abstracts must be accurate and in the complete final version before submitting.• Abstracts need to be self-contained and self-explanatory, with full results and discussion. Abstracts ending with “results will be shown and discussed during the congress” or anything similar will not be accepted.• The abstracts shall include the following headings for individual sections: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions, References.• Abstract length is restricted to 3000 characters, about 400 words including title and affiliations in one page.• The title should clearly identify the content of the abstract and is restricted to 150 characters max.• The author can indicate the preferred presentation mode (oral or poster) in the submission form.• Submit abstracts only via the following e-mail: [email protected] (no other means of sending will be accepted).
CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE By completing the submission of this abstract, you are confirming the following:• The abstract has not previously been presented at another conference. • If the abstract is accepted, one or more of the authors of the abstract will attend the conference. Please register for the conference prior to July 26th 2018. • If an accepted abstract is to be withdrawn from the conference, it must be done prior to July 26th 2018.
• The Scientific Program Committee reserves the right to determine whether a submission is accepted as oral or poster presentation and will indicate it at the time of acceptance.
