Programme Overview
Change Management is a general discipline to ensure that changes are executed
carefully, efficiently and with long-lasting benefits. By identifying and planning for its
wider effect on the organization and its people, you can implement changes much
more easily and minimize any negative impact.
Change Management Training is important in today’s professional world as
organisational change is more the norm rather than the exception. More than ever,
work and organizations are in a state of flux with changes in structure,
redeployment, return to work, redundancy and personal crisis.
This Change Management Training Program is geared toward teaching the change
management process as well as some change management tools and principles that
can support managers, consultants and other facilitators to fulfil their mission: to
initiate and sustain change processes.

Andrew has been a trainer and management consultant since 1991, specializing in
Leadership & Strategy Courses such as Coaching and Mentoring, Supervision
Training, Effective Delegation, Creative Problem Solving, Critical and Analytical
Thinking, to name a few. He has trained clients from diverse industries such as
human resource, financial services, banking, oil & gas, power producers,

higher education. Being tri-lingual (English, Mandarin, and Malay Languages),
Andrew has extensive regional exposure in Singapore, United Arab Emirates,
Malaysia, China, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam.
