Andonthatnote,that'sthenotethatI'llbesharingwithyouinaPowerPointonSolarCycle24.SolarCycle24istheonethat'sjuststartingnow2009to2020,andby2020,we'llberoughlyintothebeginningsofaGoldenAge.So,Iknowthatit'sveryhardtogofromtheproblemstatementtoaGoldenAge,butthat'sroughlytheprocessthatwe'reinnow.

IfwelookatSolarCycle24,whichwe'llbeseeingallthegraphsandpicturesof,thesolarmaximumwillbein2012to2013,specifically,somesay,inMayof2013.Whatthatmeansandwe'llsharesomeofthisisthatthere'stheIndexofHumanExcitabilitywhichhasbeenplottedbyaRussianscientistgoingbackto500BC.Whathe'splotted

isthatabout80%oftherevolutions,thewars,andthebreakthroughsinhumansocietyatthecollectivelevel,happenedatthesolarmaximum.

Sothesynchronythatwe'regoingthroughnowisoccurring,notonlyattheindividuallevel,attheplanetarylevel,atthesolarlevel,atthegalacticlevel,butattheuniversallevel.

TherearemanypredictionsofwhattheamplitudeofSolarCycle24willbe,asyoucanseefromthisgraphbyNASA.Somethinkthatitsgoingtobeverylowamplitudeandsomethinkthatitsgoingtobeveryhighamplitudesowereinapositionofmaximaluncertaintynow.

AlthoughsomeinformationaboutSolarCycle25iscomingin,mostofthepredictionsareonlywithinthiscycle,thatis,2009to2020,andsoIlikefocusing,amongstmanyotherreasons,onSolarCycle24(20092020)becauseitgetsusoutofthe2012memeandsays:Hey,itsacycle.[laughs]

Okay.Rightnowwereinadeepsolarminimumandtheresabouta50-yearlowinsolarwindpressure.WhatthismeansisthattherewillbefewergeomagneticstormsthattheoreticallycanaffectallthecomputerequipmentandsatellitesandotherthingsthatwehavehereonEarth.

WecontinuetobeinadeepsolarminimumandtheSunsbrightnessisdropping.Wereinthedeepestsolarminimuminnearlyacentury.

Sunspotmagnetism,whichyoucanseeplottedthereonthegraph,isonthedecline.Itmaybethatsunspotswillbeincreasingbecausewere

insuchuncertainty.Youcanrememberseeingfromthegraphatthebeginningthatsunspotcyclesmaybepickingupbytheendof2009,tobefollowedbyasolarmaximumofbelow-averageintensityin2012or2013.

However,there'sanotherviewofthisandthatisthatiftheSuncontinuestobecomemorequiet,we'llbegoingintoaterritoryofhistoricminimumandaquietSunwillcausetemperaturesgloballytotakeanosedive.Thisiscontrarytotheglobalwarmingargument.

[laughs]So,we'reinaperiodofmaximumuncertainty.

Ifthisversioniscomingforward,whichtheressomebasisforit...Temperaturesareactuallyfallingaroundtheglobe,notgettingwarmer,andweknowalreadythatfrom1998,thelowertropospheretemperaturesgloballyhavefallenaroundhalfadegreeCelsiusduetothequietSun.Soit'snecessarytogodeeperthantheglobalwarmingheadlinestoreallyunderstandthedynamics.

However,ifwedohaveaDaltonMinimumoraMaunderMinimum,whicharereferredtohistoricallylowSunminimathemaineffectwillbetohavefamineandstarvationworldwideduetoshortenedgrowingseasonsandharsherweather.

Andso,wemaybeheadedintowhatiscalledaminiiceageandwedon'tknowandwe'reat2009.Sothat'sthedegreeofuncertainty.It'stheprinciple:Themoreyouknow,themoreyoudon'tknow.[laughs]

So,someoftheevidenceisthatSolarCycle25,whichwillbepeakingaround2022(itstartsin2020)couldbeoneoftheweakestsolarcyclesincenturies,andthat'sconnectedtoapossibleminiiceage.That'sbecausetheconveyorbeltsystemontheSunisbeginningto

weaken.

Now,inthemidstofallthis,wehaveaNationalAcademyofSciencesreportfromJanuary09whichsaysthat2012to2013,thesolarmaximum,mayactuallybringtheperfectstorm...inotherwords,solarflaresandsystemscollapseofourcurrentinfrastructurearoundtheplanetourenergyinfrastructure.

TheNationalAcademyofSciencesreportlooksatthepossibilitythatifwedohavearepetitionofthe8-day1859CarringtonEventaverylargesolarflarethatessentiallydestroyedthetelegraphicsystemworldwide,whichwastheelectricalsystematthattimeintheUS

thedamagecouldbeashighas$2trillion,withmillionsdead(thisisfromthereportitself),andit'squestionablewhethertheUSwouldeverbounceback.Now,we'retalkingabout2012to2013.

Moreover,NASAhasnowdiscoveredthatthere'saholeintheEarth'smagneticfieldwhichistentimesaslargeaswaspreviouslythought.ThemagnetosphereiswhatprotectstheEarthfromtheimpactofsolarflares,anditcouldbethatupto20timestheamountofsolarplasmacouldentertheEarththanbefore.Sowehaveaforce-multiplierofasolarflarewithaholeinthemagnetospherehere...lookingattheworstcasescenario.

We'relookingatasolarmaximumwhichwillbearoundMayof2013,andonescientistsays:It'stheperfectsequenceforaverybigeventifasolarflareshouldloadthemagnetospherewithplasmajustbeforeasolarstormoccurs.

Wehavetorememberthatwe'reinadeepsolarminimum,whichtendstolessensolarstorms,sothereareallthesevariablesthatare

occurringatonce.

[slide]ThisisamapfromtheNationalAcademyofSciencesstudywhichshowstotalcollapse.Theorangeareasonbothcoastsshowthetotalcollapseoftheelectricalgrid,andthered[areas]arevulnerabletransformers.Thisiswheretheestimateof"millionsdeadhascomefromknockingoutabout300keytransformers,cuttingpowerto130-millionpeople.

AND,thecoronalmassejectionfromthe1859CarringtonEventarrivedonEarthfasterthanourearlywarningsystemnow.

ChinaandEuropeareequallyvulnerable.Chinasactuallyinstallingahigh-powerelectricalgridthatismorevulnerablethanthatoftheU.S.andEurope,andtheotherdevelopednationswillbesimilarlyimpacted.What'simportantisthat,asfarasarealitycheck,theheadoftheEuropeanSpaceAgency/SpaceWeather,says:Thisisafairandbalancedreport.So,that'ssomeofthepossibilities.

[slide]Now,thesearetheG-20withtheQueen.IfwelookattheObamaWhiteHousewebsiteandaskabout2012,2013,theonlythingthatisonthewebsiteasfarasenergypolicyisthattheU.S.wantstoensurethattenpercentofourelectricitycomesfromrenewablesourcesby2012.Sothat'sapolicystatement,andthisisentirely

offtheradar.

Sohere'sakeyquestion.Obviously,ifwehadsmartleadershipatthehelmoftheplanet,wewouldbegettingoffthegridandwe'dbeusingsomeofthenon-pollutingzero-pointenergysourcessuchasanti-gravitytechnologyandimportantteleportationtechnologywhichwouldrevolutionizetransportonthisplanetandwhichareavailablenowonanoperationalbasisintheblackbudgeteconomy.

Sothequestionis:Arewebeingsetuptofailandsufferaneffectivesystemscollapseifthe2012to2013solarflares

materialize?[slide]Now,herearesomeotherimpactstheeffectofSolarCycle24onhumanbehaviorandthatisthatsunspotsgiveoffsolarflaresthatincreasenegativeionizationonEarth,andincreasednegativeionizationduringsunspotmaximumperiodsincreaseshumanexcitabilityandactivity.So,someoftheregularitiesinstudyingpastsolarcyclesisthattheresadefinitetendencyforpandemicstooccurduringsolarmaxima.

Now,thecurrentH1N1virusmaybebeingmanipulated,andit'sbeingmanipulatedatatimeinwhich,ifwegobackcenturies,weknowthatthere'satendencyforpandemicstooccur.Andthisisdatingbacktotheearly1700's.

So,ifthereisanattemptintheH1N1virusandthemandatoryvaccinationscheme,thenit'strulydiabolicalbecausepeopleareworkingwithhistoricaldatathatshowsthatthereisatendencyforpandemicstooccur.

Someoftheresearchshowsthatgeomagneticstormscausedifferentreactions,primarilyinmales.WomenseemtoexperiencelesschangeinaccordancewiththeSun'sbehavior.Menmaybecomeincreasingly

irritableandaggressiveeitherthatortheybecomemorecreative.[laughs]So,there'sadefinitechoice[laughter]tobemadethere.

ButthisbringsustotheIndexofHumanExcitability,whichwasdevelopedbyaSovietprofessor.Hetracedtheincidenceofwars,revolutions-rise,expeditions,andmigrationsfrom500BCto1922AD.

Whatheshowsisthat...HedividedthemintofourperiodsandshowedthatinperiodTwoandThreewhichcorrespondto2010to2011,whichiscomingupinthisnextyear;and2012to2014thereis,totakethemaximum...In2012to2014it'sthemaximumexcitability:theelectionofliberalsorradicals,massdemonstrations,riots,revolutions,war,andtheresolutionofmostpressingdemands.Sothat'swhathasoccurredhistoricallyduringthesolarmaxima.

Now,thereis(andwedon'thavetimetogetintoittoday)butwedohaveanotherPowerPointwhichshowstheeffectofaspaced-basedweaponofmassdestructionknownasHAARP,whichyoumayhaveheardof,anditsdemonstratedmoodandmindcontrolability.So,wedon'tknow.

HAARPisanothervariablewhichmaybeoff-settingtheeffectsoftheIndexofHumanMassExcitabilityandtheeffectsduringthesolarmaximumofsunspots,inthatHAARPcanrenderentirepopulations

extremelyapatheticandconfused.There'sdeepevidencethatthatisoccurring.Wemayhaveintersectingvariableshere.Onereasonwhyourbodypoliticissoapathetic[is]sourcesfromsystematicmindcontrolthroughtechnologiessuchasHAARP.

Butit'salsorelatedtothesunspotcyclesinthatwe'reinadeepsolarminimumnow.Imean,there'salltheseoutrageshappeningandthehumanpopulationseemsrelativelyapathetic,tobegintomovearoundit.Butthisdataisveryhopefulbecauseifwehavearapidswinginsunspotsoverthenextfewyears,itwillbe,hopefully,notthetimeforwars,butthetimeforsocialbreakthroughs.

ThisbringsustoseveralpossiblevisionsthatwecanhaveofSolarCycle24,2009to2020.

TheDisintegrationVisionisglobalandregionalwarstheArmageddonmeme.ThisisthememeemployedbythePermanentWarEconomy,whosebusinessitistopromotewarasanindustrialactivityandtokeepusorganizedaroundwarwithinthedialecticofenemies;tohaveallofourproductivecapacity,andourmentalcapacity,andouremotionalcapacity(ourfears)directedtowardswar...whichisanindustrialactivity,likemakingshoes.

Thecollapseoftheworldenergygrid,whichwevetalkedabout,fromsolarflares.Thecollapseoftheglobalfinancialsystem,whichGeorge[GeorgeGreen]talkedaboutearliertoday.Thecollapseofnation-states.OneprominentexampleisthatoftheU.S.,andthere'samemenowtodeconstructtheU.S.asanation.Ishouldsaythatbackinthemid-70 swhenIwasafuturistatStanfordResearchInstitute,thatwasbeingactivelystudiedtherethatis,thebreak-upoftheU.S.intoaboutfiveorsix

region-nations.Andso,inmymind,there'saquestionastowhetherthat'sanattemptedsocialengineeringtodeconstructwhatisoneoftheadvanceddemocraciesthatcouldbeapositiveforce.

Ecologicalcollapse-we'veheardabouttheworld'soceans,theozonelayer,etcetera.Pandemics-thosethatareengineeredandthosethatoccurnormallybecauseofourrelationshiptosolaractivitywhichmaymakeextra-planetaryinterventionsfromcausingthose.Earthchanges-vastEarthchangesintermsofearthquakes,themigrationofplanets,themovingofthetectonicplatesystem.IsthistheoutcomeofSolarCycle24?

Well,there'sanalternativevision.It'skindofIstheglasshalf-emptyortheglasshalf-full?Orrose-coloredGlassesandthatispeacefulconflict-resolution.

WhatifhumanconsciousnessisshiftingduringthisperiodsuchthatthePermanentWarEconomycannotmanipulateusintowar?And,instead,ourpoliticalsystemsmovetopeacefulconflict-resolutionasamodality;theemergenceofnewformsofworldpublicorder

whicharepositive,notkindoftheNewWorldOrderoftheThirdtoFourthReichvariety.Theemergenceofmoneyasapublicutility.Rightnow,moneyisactuallytheprivatepropertyofaverysmallgroupofpeople.TheU.S.dollaruntilnowhasbeenthereservecurrencyfortheworld,butthedollarbillsthatyouhaveinyourpocketareactuallythepropertyoftheFederalReserveBankyouonlyhaveatemporarylicensetousethem.

TheFederalReserveBank,accordingtoa1976U.S.Senatesub-committeestudy(whichwehaveonline;justgoogle911WarCrimesTribunal)...theFederalReserveBankisactuallybeneficiallyownedbyonefamilyandthat'stheRothschildfamilywhichisheadquartered

inLondonandFrance.

ThisisaverygroundedstudywhichwasdoneoftheownershipofthebanksthatinturnowntheFederalReserveSystem.Sowehaveonefamilythatownsallofthecurrencyintheworld,andthecurrencyitselfisprivatepropertyofthatfamily.

Well,infact,moneyshouldbeapublicutilitylikeelectricityorlikewater.Withpubliccentralbanks,then,ifyouwantedtostartabusiness,wellthebankwouldjustprovidemoneytoyouinthesamewaythatitprovideselectricitytoyourworkshop,andwater,andpublictransportation.Soit'sawholetransformationthatcanhappenwithregardtomoney.

Ecologicalenergy.Rightnow,theblackbudgeteconomyrunsonthebasisofteleportationandthat'saveryefficienttransportationmechanism.We'vebuilttheseconcreteroadswhichtakeawayallthegreenspace,citiesaredesignedaroundtheautomobile,andwe'reusingexplosionsandpollutingfossilfueltomovetheseheavyhunksofsteeltotransfermaybeoneortwopersons.

So,thesecanbetheoutcomesofSolarCycle24aTransformationVisionratherthanaDisintegrationVision,anditdependsonewhereonewantstoputone'senergyandwhatsortofholisticvisiononewantstomaintain.

[slide]Now,weshouldalsotalkaboutthefactthatwe'regoingthroughtheplaneoftheGalacticCenterblackhole.IfwelookatourMilkyWayGalaxy,itlookskindoflikeapancakewithaGalacticCenterblackholeatthecenter.It'sabout100,000light-yearsacross;thereareabout200-to400-billionstarsystemsinit.

AtthecenteroftheGalaxyisamassiveblackhole,aboutfour-milliontimesthedensityofourSun,andthatblackholespinsaroundonceeveryelevenminutes,asopposedtoourEarthwhichspinsaroundonceevery24hours,andoursunwhichrevolvesaboutonceamonth.

SotheGalacticCenterblackhole...andnowsciencehasconfirmedthateverygalaxy,mostgalaxies,haveablackholeattheircenter.ItsliketheengineoftheGalaxywhichatthephysicalleveliscreatingthestarsandvariousothercelestialmatterandatotherdimensionallevelsiscreatinglifeandconsciousness.
