LochenHeath Acme Township, Michigan

Based on the firm’s previous LochenHeath master plan design, R. Clark Associates, Inc. (RCAI) was selected by Pinnacle Development Group to assist the project team create a new private 644-acre residential and golf-course community on Grand Traverse Bay. RCAI was hired to develop site master plan concepts for the multi-phase project, guide it through township approvals, and design landscape plans.

R. Clark Associates, Inc. has extensive professional experience guiding projects through township approval processes, and staff members recognize the importance in developing clear, concise presentations which helps educate local officials on a project’s history as well as establish its context within a community. Given the length of the LochenHeath project, RCAI’s presentation on each phase since 1999 was essential in establishing a context for requested amendments and additions to the overall master plan that would allow the project to remain competitive in a market driven economy.
