What Impresses Job Seekers About Your Brand?

Is a brand static or dynamic?

Challenge – Many believe their “brand” is their logo, marketing slogan or schwag….. rather than the “experience” or “relationship”

Branding takes time, it is a relationship, it is dynamic and responsive – not static

Look at a job seeker as a relationship with a community rather than a number to fill in a requirement.
