Palmdale (9 miles to the southeast of Lancaster) has a population of 157,356 (2016), and its median home price rose 10.5% over the year to $295,000. That price was based on 178 sales.
Major cities in Antelope Valley include: Palmdale, Lancaster, Tehachapi, California City.
