A CMS system is to be developed for tracking and updating information regarding our registered users i.e. both INVESTORS & BORROWERS and for controlling the website from the back end.

The following functional modules are to be integrated in our CMS:

• Membership Management – Whenever someone registers as a Lender or a Borrower, his or account with us will be approved by the Administrator through the CMS after the successful verification process. And then his investing criteria or loan listing will publish on the website

• Updating Loan Calculator Inputs- This module will also be controlled by the administrator of CMS for updating Interests rates, breakdown of the actual total cost, any fees for that loan etc.

• CRM (Customer Relationship Management) – This module is for keeping the track Borrowers who have received the Loan and Investors who have made investments. Also through this module in the CMS the administrator can keep the track of monthly payment made by the borrower. More information management can be done based on the requirement.

• Content Pages – This module enables the administrator to add, edit and delete website pages

• Contact Management – This module is for contact information management.

• Other Module – Will be developed based on the requirement.

Development Process The website development process will have three stages which are as follow: Interface Designing Phase –

Based on the website planning the web designer will design the home page, inner pages, website users page (For Investors & Borrowers), Tools Section (such as Advance Search for INVESTORS, Loan Calculator ),User Registration Page, Blog Customization, Contact Us Pages etc.

Also there will be interface designing for the Website Content Management System (CMS).This is the Admin Control Panel Application for controlling the entire website and its functionalities from the backend.

• Programming Phase –

Once the interface designing for the website and the CMS is completed, the next stage is the programming.

Fee Schedule Fees to SWS are due and payable on the following schedule:

1. 25% of the development cost upon signing this contract.

2. The second payment schedule - 25% of the development cost on the completion of the Website Interface Designing, website content writing & Website Content Management System (CMS) Interface Designing.

3. And finally the remaining 50% of the development cost on the successful installation and functioning of the website in the live web server.

Next StepTo proceed with this project, the client is required to take the following steps:

1. Accept the proposal as is or discuss desired changes. Please note that changes to the scope of the project can be made at any time, but additional charges may apply.

2. Finalize and sign contract.

3. Submit initial payment of 25% of web development cost

Terms & Conditions

1. Payments of each Fee schedule will be received via PayPal.com .It enable you to pay either through your credit card or paypal account.

2. Any transaction fee involved in sending money to the contractor paypal account would be borne by the client.

3. Normal Office hours (Flexible timing to be determined as per client needs under mutual consent).

4. 5 days a week (Work during weekends/holidays* will attract additional charges under mutual consent)

5. Any leaves (Exclusive of Saturday, and other company holidays**) will be covered by working extra hours during the month or successive months without any additional cost.

6. Once project fee is paid in full to Samaresh Web Solutions any elements of text, Graphics, photos, contents, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Neil Coombs & Co Ltd for inclusion in their website are owned by Neil Coombs & Co Ltd.

7. Samaresh Web Solutions assumes Neil Coombs & Co Ltd has permission from the rightful owner to use any images or design elements that are provided by Neil Coombs & Co Ltd for inclusion in the website, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Samaresh Web Solutions from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements.

8. Samaresh Web Solutions retains the right to display graphics and other Web content elements as examples of their work in their portfolio and as content features in other projects. Samaresh Web Solutions also retains the right to place a text link on the bottom of every page.

9. This agreement becomes effective only when signed by Neil Coombs and Samaresh Bisoi of THESWS.co

10.The agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between Neil Coombs referred as client and the Samaresh Bisoi of Samaresh Web Solutions regarding all items included in this agreement.
