B. Who the speaker is – brief biography
C. Topic of the speaker’s presentation and why the audience needs to listen
D. Speaker’s Qualifications for speaking on this subject
E. Why THIS speaker has been invited to speak to this audience
ADVICE
Know how to pronounce the speaker’s name
Use the speaker’s name at least twice
Avoid trite phrases: “I’m sure you will enjoy this presentation” or “it is an honor and a privilege…”etc.
Do not embarrass the speaker MAXIMUM of 5 minutes.

Select a person you would like to introduce
Can be a historic individual – real or fictional
Research the persons biography Create a topic which this person would
speak about to THIS class Your speech must be 4 – 5 minutes in
length You must email or in writing submit to me
the name of the person you will introduce – to receive my approval (by Sept 19)

You will have an outline to give me when you get up to speak – it will have your name and the name of speaker you are presenting
