What is PUBLICITY?

Root word - PUBLIC

If we break the word PUBLICITY, what we get is

PUBLIC +CITY = PUBLICITY

which means interacting with the public of a particular region and culture. Thats why the ads we see in INDIA are different from China, USA, Russia etc.

Word-of-mouth (man to man publicity)

Advertisement (posters, flex, media etc.)

Branding (providing quality services)

Events (launch events, award function, live shows, tours, seminars etc.)

Awareness : To tell people that your product exists and educate them about its benefits.

Apps downloaded in 2014 were 1.56 billion, in 2015 it will increase 5 folds to around 9 billion.

Hence the revenue generated by apps will grow from

$150 million to $250 million.

So there are ample opportunities for developers to earn some cash and do ash.
