puriFlash® Cartridges The comprehensive puriFlash® cartridge range comprise of various Silica and Specialty phases for flash purification within a range of cartridges from 4g to 1.6KG. Proprietary packing processes ensure the most efficient transfer of sample across the sorbent bed (polypropylene housing guarantees no plastic leaching).

Cartridges have been comprehensively designed and tested to withstand up to 22 bars of pressure for the most commonly utilised cartridge sizes & 20 bars up to 800gram units. Silica based supports are typically available in 15μm, 30μm and 50μm.

Diol phases available in 30 and 50 micron sizes. Used for polarity change separations. They are excellent for use with polar compounds. They operate under normal phase conditions. E.g Hexane/ Ethyl Acetate. The mechanism of action for Diol is weak base/ acid interaction. This makes them useful for retaining compounds such as amines, borons and phosphorus based reagents, with compounds such as alcohols being less retained.
