Simple Definition of SQC

A co (extra)‐curricular activity of the educational institute in which

a SMALL group of VOLUNTEER students (4‐10) of the SAME institutionmeets REGULARLY in their study place for a PARTICULAR periodto IDENTIFY, ANALYZE & SOLVE their problemsfor their SELF & MUTUAL development

FIRST…..Chief Executive of the institute (Chairperson, Managing Director, Deans, Principals, Head Master/Mistress) understands  the potentials of SQC 

Institute integrates SQC plan in institutional plan (academic calendar) as co‐curricular activitiesand

Chief Executive exhibits Commitment and Involvement for its continuous development.

FOURTH…

Different SQC starts working simultaneously

In the process of SQC activity, the role of facilitators is only to train and facilitate students. Students identify, analyze, solve and prepare presentation themselves

Facilitators fix the schedule, venue, logistics required, and brief counseling if students stuck on their process

FIFTH….Chief Executive invites guests, senior teachers and guardians to attend in house SQC presentation, seminars. The Seminar is organized regularly (monthly, quarterly, half yearly or annually)

Facilitators facilitate the logistics for SQC required for Case presentation

One facilitator can handle more than one SQC activities in one institute 

In larger scale institutes, one senior facilitator can be designated as Chief facilitator to lead a SQC promotion office
