CPN have sent its Report at the beginning of July where we stated all activitieswe’ve been working on since the start of the project. The Report was requested from the coordinator due to the monitoring visit by the Erasmus+ office in Serbia.

From the beginning of the Project, CPN has conducted the following activities in accordance with its role in the Project:

Design of the visual identity, the project logo and the memo which was accepted by the coordinator and all partners, and which is since used on all project materials.

The project website was created at the following address: http://rewbc.ni.ac.rs/ .

The website is regularlyupdated, and it contains the following information:

General information and relevant project documents.

Agendas, presentations and reports from all partner meetings.

Announcements and news for all events organized since the beginning of the Project.

Photo gallery from each event. After the monitoring visit, made by the representatives of the Erasmus+ office in Serbia and the project officer on July 7, the University of Niš received the feedback in November. The feedback stated that the website is fully functional, but there was also a set of recommended improvements:

The Documentssection should include only documents representing the outputs of particular activities;

A special section should be created on the website for reports and presentations from the meetings.


The Project website was updated in accordance with the project requirements in January 2016.

All recommendations related to the improvement of the website were implemented within one month of receiving the report from the project officer.

Since the beginning of the project until the end of February the following was published on the website:

Meetings – 13 reports from project meetings which include:- the agenda, presentations, photographs and meeting

- all photographs from the meetings and other events are posted in the Gallery section.

Dissemination – 19 seminars, lectures and otherdissemination activities. All of these activities included:- the agenda, presentations, photographs and meeting

posted in the Gallery section. News – 23 news articles, announcements and invitations for

seminars and lectures.

The documents related to the project activities were being regularly posted on the website usually immediately after they’ve been sent by the coordinator.

The Re@WBC project was regularly presented at the meetings whose topic was international cooperation. Regarding the media exposure, apart from the announcements on the official CPN website, the New Year edition of the daily newspaper “Danas”published an article about the project. Also, science popular magazine named “Elementi” published an article about the project. It is important to emphasize that above mentioned magazine is very popular among the scientific community and people who are interested in science.


“Elementi” magazineis printed in3500 copies. It is difficult (and officially not possible) to specify or nearly estimate a number of prints for any daily newspaper in Serbia, however “Danas” is generally estimated at 20,000 copies each day.
