Enter to the following link to open the application. Link: http://pqretico.qbco.com.co
Once you enter to the control panel, you can do the following steps:
a. Create Tickets b. See the Status of your tickets c. Exit the app

Please fill in the access form, entering your name and email (Please do not forget the name and email you use in the form. This will allow you to re-enter the application to track the respective requirements)

4. How to create a Ticket?
Once you enter to your control panel the following interface will show up:
For creating a new tickt you must click in the option: Create New Ticket
The app will take you to a new form, that must be filled out completely. To save your Ticket you must click the button Send Ticket
Note: It is recommended to be very objective when filling out of the form.

¿How to see the created List of Tickets?
To see the List of Tickets created, click on: List of Tickets, then the list of all Tickets that you have generated in the application will be displayed.
Additionally, you can see in the status of your Ticket (Open, pending review, Closed). You should keep in mind that if your ticket is in a Closed state, it is because they have already given you an answer to your Ticket.
Finally, you should keep in mind that you must log out once you have finished using the application, this is for security and privacy reasons of your account. You can do this by clicking the Exit button.
