(a) whether under the on-going armyreform measures recommended by Lt. Gen.(Retd.) D.B. Shekatkar Committee, phasedmanpower cuts over two to five yearsinvolving 57,000 to 1,00,000 soldiers, willsave ` 5,000 to ` 7000 crore a year inrevenue expenditure;

(a) whether it is a fact that the CentralGovernment allocation to Swachh BharatMission (Gramin) for the period 2014-15to 2018-19 was ̀ 1,00,447 crore and out ofthis, only ̀ 52,166 crore has been allocatedto the scheme up to 2018-19; and

(b) if so, the detailed reasons, as to whyonly 52 per cent of the funds have beenallocated till date and proposals forutilisation of the 48 per cent unutilisedfunds, that are yet to be released, beforeOctober, 2019?

Bio-toilets in village panchayats

Premature deaths due to air pollution

(c) details of most polluted cities city-wise and State-wise; and
