data-analytics to during early product roll-out: n infer ‘missed’ or ‘misunderstood’ end-customer requirements; n detect issues that escaped product release testing; n detect product items that need attention for service and maintenance engineers.
This knowledge is automatically propagated back into the product development lifecycle and the service & maintenance flow.
