Remote Infrastructure Management servicesconsist of remote monitoring and managingthe infrastructure components ,outside thephysical premises of a companys facilities.

Taking proactive steps and remedial actionsacross the IT landscape. It is undertaken through a combination of

offshore/near-shore/global delivery centerwhich is often termed as an Operations

Management Centre (OMC) which RIMM procedures manage the infrastructure,

ensuring uptimes and availability.
