This is the The Zalman Z11 Plus. It is a well-built computer case with 10 built in fans and 6 external usb devices. This also looks nice and has a professional looking images, it is relatively cheap as well. It also had SSD support.

This is the Cit 2206 Black Midi Atx Tower. It is a strong computer case with rear and side cooling, 2 usb ports, 1 headphone port and 1 microphone port. This is a more professional looking case and looks nicer. I have chosen this case over the other one because it looks less like a gaming computer. Also this computer case is a lot cheaper than the other one.

Intel Server Board S5520HCR – motherboard can hold 98GB of ram and works well with my i7 Core Processor I have chosen then motherboard over the other one because it can hold more ram is the company ever decides to upgrade it.

P8H77-M has a 2GB ram port with 4 usb ports. It has enough ports if we ever need to install anything to the hard drive. I have decided not to choose this because it cant hold a lot of RAM.

ZOTAC GeForce GT 610 Graphics card - 2 GB I chose this graphics card as it is good enough to run any program that is needed such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office I chose this one over the other because it has a higher GB size and will run programs better than the other one I considered.

8GB Kit (2x4GB Modules) Dell PowerEdge Is a low weight 204 pin stick of ram with 1.35v. This will help find and run any document or program quickly. This is the same stick of RAM as my other one considerd I did not realise this when doing the tables.

AMD A6 series 3.9 GHz Processor is a speedy processor despite the fact that it only has two cores. It gives enough power to process everything in the computer despite the fact it only has two core.

MSI N630GT-MD4GD3 Graphics card is a low weight power full graphics card featuring VRAM It can play high quality games and this will help to run Microsoft office and Excel.

Amd Cooler Master Heatsink Fan uses 2.88 watts and has an excellent airflow design with a compact heat sink dimension. The fan doesn’t need to meet any client requirements but this would help to cool the system.

LiteOn EBAU108 is a low weight easy to install CD/DVD these is no specifications needed of the drive. I didn’t use this because it’s not really a nice looking CD/DVD drive.

Security MeasuresWithin this specification I have recommended certain components that do play a part in helping to keep your system secure. I will discuss these below and highlight any additional measures that I think you and your staff need to take.

Virus ProtectionI have installed AVG antivirus on all of the recommended systems. AVG is a online security company who provides software and services to secure devices, data and people. AVG has over 187 million active users as of march 31 st. AVG provides internet security, performance optimization as well as personal privacy with identity protection.

Avg has an performance optimizer this includes getting rid of cookies, removing internet history and defragging the computer when ever it has been left untouched for an hour, It will also preform regular scans and tests to make sure that it is up to date. If AVG fails to do this then the Hampton Computer training will come in handy because it goes through many ways to optimize computers.

The training session covers everything that accounts and sales will need. I have decided to make both teams sit through the same training session so save money, time and encase anyone in the accounts team is off and someone in sales is needed to take over.

Conclusion

Over all I believe I have built an optimal up to date pc that will work for the accounts and sales. I have spent a lot of money on my recommended system and I believe it is worth it because the computer will work very well and will be able to run anything that the staff needs it to.
