Report of The STTP was successfully organized by Mechanical Department, VVP Engineering College, Rajkot, which has been recently awarded as "Best Engineering College", by ISTE. The STTP was successfully organized by Mechanical Department, VVP Engineering College, Rajkot, which has been recently awarded as "Best Engineering College", by ISTE. This time the STTP was based on the topic of Computational fluid Dynamics using ANSYS. There were participants from the different regions of Gujarat state. PVT Ltd, Rajkot in the presence of Trustee Shri Harshanbhai Maniar, In charge Principal Dr. Piyush Vanzara & other dignitaries.

Mr. DHEERAJ KUMAR SINGH experts were invited, who enriched the participants with their knowledge and expertise in their domains. The focus of this training programme was to impart in-depth knowledge of application of Computational Fluid dynamics in different domains of mechanical engineering. He is working as Application Engineer in CFD in ARK info solution PVT Ltd, Bangalore.

On the first day first deliberation was on "Introduction to CFD and Spaceclaim " by Mr. DHEERAJ KUMAR SINGH , Application engineer-CFD, Bangalore. In this sessions he discussed different aspects of CFD and which was followed by rigorous exercise during the laboratory session.

On the second day session was started by Mr. DHEERAJ KUMAR SINGH , Application engineer-CFD, Bangalore , who has delivered his talk on " Introduction to Meshing and GUI and commands ". Both the lecture sessions as well as the laboratory session were taken parallel.

On the third day session was started by Mr. DHEERAJ KUMAR SINGH , Application engineer-CFD, Bangalore , who has delivered his talk on the lecture “Intro to Computational fluid dynamics and Workbench and fluent GUI”. Both the lecture sessions as well as the laboratory session were taken parallel.

On the fourth day, the lecture session was started by Mr. DHEERAJ KUMAR SINGH , Application engineer-CFD, Bangalore , who has delivered his talk on the lecture “Introduction to Boundary Condition and Solver setting and specific problem”. Both the lecture sessions as well as the laboratory session were taken parallel.

On the fifth day, the lecture session was started by Mr. DHEERAJ KUMAR SINGH , Application engineer-CFD, Bangalore , who has delivered his talk on the lecture “Introduction to Turbulence and Specific Problem”. Both the lecture sessions as well as the laboratory session were taken parallel.

On the last day the programme was ended with Valedictory function & certificate distribution ceremony, in which certificates were distributed by experts Mr. DHEERAJ KUMAR SINGH and Respected trustee Mr.Harshalbhai maniar.

A brief feedback session was held in order to find out the outcome and short falls of STTP. All participants who have given their feedback were very much satisfied with the content covered in the STTP and expressed their gratitude to V.V.P. Engineering College for organizing the STTP.

They also suggested to conduct more number of such STTPs on the topics like Engineering Optimization, Machine Design, Analysis and simulation with Ansys Workbatch etc.

The entire STTP was conducted by efforts of Dr. J.P.Mehta and Dr. D.D. Kundaliya convener, Prof. Jay P. Joshi coordinator & entire team of Mechanical Engineering Department.
