Qualified Exhibitors are as follows:

Registered domestic travel agencies & tour operators which have been members of the PTAA in good standing at

least six months prior to the actual date of TTE;

(Applicable to Travel and Tour Companies only) Only Regular members in (1) good standing prior to and during the exhibit and

(2) which have been members for at least 6 months of the PTAA are allowed to join the exhibit.

“Good standing” means that the Exhibitor must have no arrears in membership dues in all past years and must have renewed

and paid its membership for 2020 on or before January 30, 2020 in order to participate in TTE2020. Non-renewal of

membership for the year 2020 shall mean automatic disqualification to participate in TTE20 and forfeiture of all corresponding

participation fees.

Foreign-based travel agencies/tour operators shall only sell through participating PTAA Regular Members in good standing

subject to the approval of the PTAA-TTEA. Foreign-based travel agencies/tour operators will not be allowed to sell directly to the

consumers and the public.

An Exhibitor must have a minimum of two (2) booths in order to use the location at the very front of the exhibit halls, or the

locations at the corners of the exhibit. In either case, the exhibitor must use special booth designs rather than the typical shell

scheme booths design.

(Applicable to NTO’s and Airline) NTOs must have minimum of 6 booths in order to have their preferred national airlines join

their pavilion. Airline exhibitors shall have a separate reservation form and Participation Agreement.

(Applicable to LGUs and Travel Associations) LGUs and Travel Association may join subject to the approval of PTAA-TTEA.

However travel and tour companies which are PTAA non-member, selling through these LGUs and Travel Agency, shall only be

allowed to join subject to the following conditions:

1. Not allowed to sell directly to consumers;

2. May distribute flyers but should not show the package price;

3. Should have at least one (1) booth allocation inside the pavilion;

One (1) reservation form for group of companies may be accepted provided that the holding company can also show proof that

listed companies are affiliates/subsidiaries. o Number of booths must be minimum of one (1) booth per company. o Participation must be limited to three (3) affiliates/subsidiaries per block. o Type of business must be related and common to each other. o Must have distinct dividing wall between the companies

Withdrawal of participation after payment of deposit will result in forfeiture of said deposit.

No Show of Metro Manila-based registrants during the scheduled booth selection process will result in lowering of the priority

and/or subject to relocation at discretion of organizers.

PTAA-TTEA reserves the right to determine the location and number of booths for each applicant. Receipt of PTAA-TTEA of a

duly-completed reservation form is non-binding and does not confirm participation in TRAVELTOUR EXPO 2020.

PTAA-TTEA also reserves the right to require supporting documents from applicants who wish to join TRAVELTOUR EXPO 2020.

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT RESERVATION FORM: June 11, 2019. Reservation forms received after the said date will be on 2nd

Priority for their selections.

Please note that a down payment of P5,000.00/booth on or before June 11, 2019 must be made to confirm participation.

Booth locations will be confirmed during the booth selection process on Date and Venue (TBA).

By affixing your signature to this Reservation Form, you confirm, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of participation in the

TTE2020. You agree to all existing and additional exhibit rules and regulations to be issued by the Organizer and SMX at anytime as may

be necessary for the orderly operation of the exhibition. You also agree that all interpretation of these rules and regulations by the

Organizer shall be final. You also agree not to change your booth preference as indicated in this Reservation Form.

BOOTH ALLOCATION AND SELECTION PROCESS

ORDER OF PRIORITIES A. Number of booths B. Number of years as TTE Exhibitors for priority in choosing the locations in the same number of booth

10 years above - first priority 5-9 years - second priority 1-4 years - third priority New exhibitors - fourth priority Exhibitors that did not participate in the preceding year of expo will be downgraded 1 priority lower.

1. The Organizing Committee will decide on the assignment and plotting of booths per floor once the

reservation forms from exhibitors have been submitted on or before the given deadline. The Committee will likewise determine how many slots of booth denominations (ex: 10 booths, 8 booths, 6 booths, 4 booths and etc.) will be set up for each Pavilion.

2. Exhibitors should be at the booth selection venue at designated time in batches according to the number

of booths selected. Exhibitors in the International Pavilion will make their selections in the morning while exhibitors in the Domestic Pavilion will select in the afternoon.

3. Exhibitors will further be divided according to the types of booths selected (i.e. Prime booths, Regular Booths or Perimeter Booths) and the number of years exhibiting. Exhibitors will be called in that order.

4. The order of selection for each company’s booth spaces will be determined by raffle draw. The names of

the companies eligible to select for a certain number of booths will be mixed in a container where an exhibitor will pick to determine the order until all exhibitors are duly assigned a number. All selections will be considered final.

5. Change of quantity of booth reserved and downgrading of booth requirements will not be allowed (e.g.

Change from Prime Booth to Regular Booth or Regular Booth to Perimeter booth).

6. Swapping of booths may be allowed but with the mutual consent of both parties. Booth swapping may only be done on the day of the booth selection, with acknowledgement or consent of the Organizing Committee.

7. Due to the limited number of booths, exhibitors’ preferred booths may not be followed. The events team

will inform the exhibitors of the status of their reservation and will be given an option to select booth location available, subject to the standard selection process.

By affixing your signature to this booth allocation and selection process, you understand and agree with the terms and conditions for participating in TTE2020 as well as all existing and additional exhibit rules and regulations issued by the Organizer and SMX whenever necessary for the orderly operation of the exhibition.
