o Position: Shipping Executive (Vessel Operator) o Working Since: March 2016 o Reporting to: Head of the Department (HOD) o Key Responsibilities:

‒ Communicating with Owners/Charterers and knowing the status of vessels running with them and soliciting them to materialize business with us.

‒ Managing cargo operation (Loading / Discharging) and keeping Owners / Charterers placed with the updates and movements of the vessels.

‒ Managing Operations pertaining to vessels arrival at the port for cargo operation. ‒ Obtaining Clean acceptance of Vessels calling at Indian Ports. ‒ Reviewing the documentary instructions received from the Charterers/Owners. ‒ Obtaining and analyzing port costs and generating the Proforma Disbursement Accounts. ‒ Closely coordinating with the Port/ Shippers/ Receivers / Customs for completing the necessary

documentation for the smooth arrival / departure of the vessel. ‒ Establishing and Maintaining good working relationships with contractual operational

counterparts and with third party service companies on a regular basis.
