Major Responsibilities and Activities:
Develop Terms of Reference (ToR) for the ISO certified International Standard Computerization
of Integrated Digital Land Management System (DLMS) a Pilot Project to be developed and
implement at Manirampur, Jessore.
System Requirement analysis of the Integrated DLMS for the System Architecture of the
Software Application with Web2 (both Online & Offline) technology.
Work Flow study of the Mutation Process by field visit in selected areas.
System analysis & design of the proposed Integrated DLMS consisting online digitized land
records management system and information in specialized information and service centers to

Develop and design System development methodology of the Ingyegrated DLMS

Select and Short listed the Sub-Contructor to perticipate for the submission of RFP.
Evaluate the RFP’s as per International Standard Methodology as a member of the Project
Evaluation Comitee for the Selection of Sub-Contrutor for the development, implemetatation,
user training and maintanance of the Integrated DLMS.
Design and Develop a Simulator/Prototype which can be used as preliminary system
architecture of the Digital Land Management System (DLMS) along with the International IT
Expert of PTAT.
Taken necessary initiative to test all the IT & Survey Equipments (PC, Laptops, Servers, Printers,

Jamalpur, where the pilot-of-pilot project of digital survey is going on.

compatibility with the GIS Software-Leica Geo Office (LGO) procured with the GNSS equipment
