Responsibilities: Lead point of contact for all matters related to assigned clients Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customers, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors Design solutions, programs & campaigns to fit customer business goals and objectives - includes high level design as well as scoping out the operational details Hand off new programs/business requirements after sign off to internal development team Communicate customer expectations to internal production teams Identify, and resolve customer service related issues Forecast and track key account metrics Identify and grow new opportunities within existing customers. Proactively learn overall customers’ team business objectives to ensure our solutions are aligned with their top priorities/ business needs Understand and present customer reporting Work with customers on Statements of Work and Change Orders Understand the business, operational and technical components of the Company’s products Present product demonstrations to customers, prospects as well as at industry events such as trade shows Involvement in the RFP and sales process Understand pricing and profitability of products and product lines

About the role:

This role requires a person to strategically manage accounts while partnering with our internal product development team. Success Factors:

• Understanding of healthcare systems and their application to customer needs. • Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the

department or business goals. • Ability to develop interpersonal relationships with customers and prospects. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to solve problems, create solutions and direct work independently • Ability to manage projects as well as oversee others and execute to deadlines • Ability to influence others • Ability to work cross-functionally with customers, prospects as well as all internal team

members • Ability to understand and incorporate technology into work processes

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 5 -10 years of work experience • Experience and expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Database programs • Software experience preferred • Healthcare industry experience preferred • Ability and desire to travel
