Shutters are made up of Stainless steel sheets sand wich type, filled by injected polyurethane density 40 kg./m which gives the shutt er stiffness/ rigidity and resistance against heat and humidity.

round duratex angles to avoid sharp edges. Doors corner should be assembled by means of screw jointed cleats. No screw should be visible on face and back edges. Doors to be fitted with rubber slamming gaskets. Door frame sections should be large enough to meet the requirements of fixing heavy

duty hinges.

The Cabinet is made out of MDF (Medium Density Fibe rboard) 18mm thickness 120 mg. melamine on both sides. Color E1 made by FINSA Spain as per 72004 stare 063 0 MT. Edge bands PVC 2mm thickness made by Dollken German y, matching color and .45

mm Back Sides. Back panel 4mm MDF white color, one side melamine. Assembly is made by KD fitting, shelve support in Z inc Finish.

� Kitchen Cabinet Door (PVC-MDF, THERMOFOIL)

The doors are made out from MDF one side melamine 1 20mg, second side applied with PVC 0.4mm thickness made by "ROXAN- Germany".

Preheating and suction obtains this operation at hi gh temperature through specific press, using best choice of Jowat Glue .

Color according to the choice of the Client, betwee n wooden finish and solid color. � Properties:

PVC finish suitable for moulding and anti scratch. Maintaining a uniform finish, smooth and homogenous . Dimensional Stability Water Resistance

Skin plate Kitchens Technical Specifications

� Skin plate:

Skin plate is a factory fabricated plastic film lam inated on low carbon content smooth

surface steel of 0.70mm thickness. The base material of the skin plate is hot dip galv anized. The galvanization is

complying with A.S.T.M. 526 or BS 2989-1971 The Galvanization is specially treated to bleed and cover the cut edge of the sheet in

order to give maximum protection against corrosion and is according to the new unified European standard EU 10142.

The plastic PVC is applied on the galvanized sheet with 200 micron thick to give high protection against corrosion.

PVC laminated steel sheet passed the most important testing methods according to ECCA partly corresponding to DIN, ASTM and ISO stan dards.

The PVC laminated steel sheet due to these specific ations carry the following properties:
