WBA-2B4S-FSH3 Turn over WBA-2B4S-FSH3 and remove the connectors plugged in CN2, CN3 on relay board. There are two boards: the upper one is relay board and the lower one is CPU board.

Pull the lever of V CATCH BEAM2 to the direction of the arrow. While unlocking the lock A, pull B to the direction of the arrow and remove it.

Remove the connector plugged in CN1 on CPU board. Unscrew ①screw with a screwdriver (bit1)

and remove V CATCH BEAM. Unscrew ②screw with a screwdriver (bit2).

Unscrew ③screw (on the other side of ①screw

& ②screw ) with a screwdriver (bit2).

Remove the connectors plugged in CN6~10 on CPU board. Remove the connectors plugged in CN1, CN6 (the other side of the board) on relay board. (At this moment, no need to remove the connectors plugged in CN4, CN 7 on relay board.)

Remove the connector plugged in CN7 on relay board and connect the removed connector to extension harness.(3230-05-04B-Ex)

Hold the part (the handle) indicated in the photo and pull out CPU board & relay board to the direction of the arrow. Note: If you hold the part circled in red, you will fail to pull them out.

8 Remove the connector plugged in CN4 on CPU board.

Unscrew ④~⑥screws with a screwdriver (bit1) and remove CPU board & relay board from PCB COVER Assy.

10

Remove the harness (843-05-08A) connected to CN3 on CPU board & CN5 on relay board. Remove the harness (3230-05-02A) connected to IC14 on CPU board & CN4 on relay board. Removed harness (843-05-08A) & the harness (3230-05-02A) are not used after model change.

11

The process after No. 12 requires soldering. For board with RoHS compliant marking, use Pb-free soldering gun/iron, Pb-free solder extractor & Pb-free solder.

12

Confirm there is no capacitor mounted on C14 and/or C15 on the back of CPU board. If there is any capacitor, remove it.

13

Mount IL-S-2P-S2T2-EF connector on CN5 on CPU board. Note: Confirm that the connector is in the right position, or there is no lift, or the pin is not bent. Remove the motor driver mounted on IC15. Remove the connector mounted on IC14 and replace it with the removed motor driver from IC15. Note: Do not apply too much heat to the motor driver, or it will be damaged.

15

Insert CPU board into the dent (indicated as C) of PCB COVER Assy. Note: Make sure to insert it in the right way.

16

Screw ⑥screw(M2.6×6mm) with a screw driver

(bit 1) (Torque: 4kgf・cm)

17 Plug the connector in CN4 on CPU board.

18

Push CPU board into the dent (indicated as D in photo ① ) of PCB COVER Assy, in the same manner as doing so with shaft, to the direction of the arrow. Note: Let the board through E indicated in photo② .

Harnesses (※) sticking out of the side are pulled and

kept before IC14 as shown in photo③.

19 Plug the connectors in CN6~10 on CPU board.

20

Plug the connectors in CN1, CN6 on relay board. Note: Make sure CN1 harness goes under V CATCH BEAM2.

21

Screw relay board into COVER Assy with ④&⑤screws (M2.6×6mm) with a screwdriver (bit 1).

(Torque: 4kgf・cm)

22

Make sure the connector with extension harness is completely plugged in. Then fix the harness with a code clamp below the lever (See the photo) and plug the connector in CN5 on CPU board. Note: Make sure the clamp is below the lever to avoid becoming an obstacle when installed in the machine. Confirm fixing with a code clamp does not prevent the lever from functioning well. If a problem is found, try fixing with a code clamp again.
