Staging “Levels”
• Based on points assigned in matrix of staging criteria (“selection rubric”– Not Staged– Stage 1– Stage 2– Stage 3– Stage 4– Stage 4A– Stage 4B
Submission Window
Submission Window (begins when staging is released in ISAM
(likely in September) and ends on December 7, 2012*
Stage 1 – will complete all documents by December 7, 2012 and retain locally• Subject to submission request by TEA
Staging for PBMAS (cont)• Each program area has indicators• Each indicator is assigned a
performance level (“PL”) of 0, 1, 2, or 3– PL increases from 0-3 based on
variance from state “standard” or “target”• i.e., 0 = within state “standard” or “target”;
PL increases as variance increases from state “standard” or “target”
