He has headed important international projects in organizational consulting, mergers and acquisitions, start ups and sale of companies, functional restructurings, redesign of policies and processes, risk management and prevention of money laundering and computer security, in various Companies and Financial Entities.
He has worked professionally in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Spain, Uruguay, Peru, Mexico, Paraguay and USA.
He is a Certified Public Accountant with courses and training programs in various countries.
He graduated from the Senior Management Program at IAE (IESE in Spain).
Consultant, Advisor and International Lecturer on Corporate Governance, Comprehensive Risk Management, Combined Assurance and Prevention of Money Laundering. Executive Organizational Coach certified by the International Coach Federation of Lexington, Kentucky - USA.
He has more than 35 years of experience in the Banking Industry. He has held senior management positions at BankBoston National Association, Boston Investment Group, Boston Overseas Financial Corporation, Inversora Diagonal, Boston Insurance Advisors and Columbia Bank.
He has led complex international consultancy projects and has trained officers of Supervisory Agencies in Latin America and Argentina’s Central Bank.
He has worked professionally in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Spain, Honduras, Uruguay, Panama, Paraguay and USA.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance.
