Al primo piano, si trova il Museo delLegno, dove vengono proposti oltre 2000 macchine eutensili storici per la lavorazione del legno. Una collezioneunica nel suo genere in Italia, per la quantità di pezzi esposti.Al piano terra, invece, si trova il nuovo Showroom Riva1920,un ambiente ampio circa 1200 mq, che esalta tutte le finitureesposte e destinato ad accogliere le creazioni più attuali, iprogetti che verranno nel prossimo futuro e i clienti chevorranno toccare con mano la qualità Riva. The structure of the new centre is almost entirely coveredwith larch-wood, one of the most long lasting andweather-resistant woods. The top floor houses the Museumof Wood, which gathers over 2000 historic woodworkingmachines and tools. This is the biggest of such collections inthe whole of Italy. The ground floor of the building hosts thenew Showroom, aimed at gathering the company’s latestcreations, the projects proposed for realization in the nearfuture and aimed at welcoming clients who are there able tosee and touch the renowned Riva 1920’s quality. This space,as large as ca 1200 square metres, is the perfect niche toenhance the finishing touches of Riva 1920’s products. Una libreria dal design semplice, che grazie alla sua versatilità puòessere realizzata completamente su misura: da una semplice colonnalarghezza 60 cm. fino a una parete di oltre 5 metri. WALL STREET è unsistema componibile fatto da spalle e ripiani in multistrato impiallacciato(qui in foto versione noce). E’ disponibile anche in altre tipologie dilegno: ciliegio, acero, rovere o per chi volesse un prodotto veramente“minimale” anche solo in multistrato senza impiallacciatura. Sonoinoltre disponibili vari elementi per personalizzare la propria libreria:- la scala a pioli realizzata completamente in legno massello- le cassettiere con cassetti a doppio frontale(esterno multistrato impiallacciato) scorrevoli su binari metallici

- ante in legno o vetro (trasparente, satinato o laccato)- ante scorrevoli in legno o vetro laccato.

A book case with an extremely simple design, whose versatilitymakes it possible to create a composition that is completely made-to-measure: from a simple 60cm-wide column to a wall unit of over 5metres. WALL STREET is a modular system whose sides and shelvesare made of veneered multilayer (the photo shows a version inwalnut). Other types of wood are also available: cherry, maple, oakor, for those wanting a truly “minimal” version, also in multilayer butwithout the veneer. Various other elements are also available tocustomers wishing to personalise their book cases:- a ladder made completely of solid wood- a drawer unit with double-fronted drawers(veneered multilayer outside) running on metal rails

- doors with front in wood or glass (clear, satined or lacquered)- sliding doors with wooden front or lacquered glass.

WALL STREET ist ein kombinierbares Systemmit Wangen und Fachböden aus furniertem Schichtholz (Abb.Nussbaum). Customised versions of the WALL STREET book-caseare also available. The version shown here has adrawer base with tip-up fronts for housing a DVD orother similar appliances. The central area has beenarranged to house a TV-set while the side units havebeen left open or equipped with doors according tothe customer’s wishes. Zum bereits bekannten SIPARIO 2008 präsentierenwir den Alternativvorschlag ohne Griffe. Die Basemit Vollauszügen oder Klappfronten. Zur Öffnung istin der Oberkante eine Fräsung im Holz vorgesehen.Das Top ist auf einen leicht zurück gesetztenRahmen positioniert und um die Leichtigkeit desMöbels zu komplettieren ist der Sockel ebenfallsleicht zurück gesetzt. Vervollständigt wird dieKomposition durch die Hängeregale mit Fronten auslackierten Glas und einem Wandboard mitunsichtbarer Befestigung.

Una proposta alternativa al già conosciuto SIPARIO2008, pensata per coloro che desiderano avere unmobile senza maniglie a vista. La base è infattirealizzata da moduli con cassetti (o ante con frontalea ribalta) e il sistema di apertura del cassetto èricavato direttamente nella parte superiore delfrontale in legno. Il top, appoggiato su un telaio inlegno massello, cosi come il basamento del mobilesono stati pensati leggermente rientranti per daremaggiore leggerezza al mobile. La composizione èinoltre completata da un pensile con frontali delleante a ribalta in vetro laccato e mensola confissaggio a muro con ferri a scomparsa. La serieSIPARIO è disponibile anche su misura.

An alternative composition to the known SIPARIO2008, conceived for those wishing to purchase anelement with no visible handles. The baseelement features drawer modules (or pull-downdrawer front) and the drawer’s “handle” iscarved into the wooden front door. The top,supported by a solid wood frame, so as the baseelement, are conceived with a slight indent forslimmer design lines. The composition is furthercompleted with a wall unit characterized bypulldown doors made of lacquered glass openingfrom top to bottom and a shelf fixed to the wallwith invisible brackets. The entire SIPARIO seriescan be made to measure.

L’evoluzione della libreria BROOKLYN 2009 è caratterizzatadalla presenza di una grande anta scorrevole rivestita incuoietto mod. “OLIMPIA” qui rappresentata nella versionecolore marrone scuro. La libreria è interamenteinterpretabile e progettabile a seconda delle richieste delcliente. L’esempio della composizione qui fotografatamostra un vano pensato per il TVC con varie cassettiere eulteriori vani a giorno pensati sia per posizionare lettoriDVD o altri apparecchi, sia come vani per le custodie di CDmusicali, DVD, per libri o schedari uso ufficio.

This new development of the BROOKLYN 2009 wall unit ischaracterised by the presence of a big sliding doorupholstered in “OLIMPIA” leather, shown here in a darkbrown version. Every element of the unit can be made tothe customer’s own specifications. The compositionillustrated here, for example, shows a space for a TVcombined with various drawer units and further openspaces that can be used for a DVD or other devices, eitheras CD, DVD or book storage areas, or for storing office files.

Disponibile in varie configurazioni adante e cassetti e in diverse dimensioni.Qui in foto è rappresentata in multistratoimpiallacciato noce americano. La finitura èrealizzata a olio, tirato a mano. I cassettihanno un doppio frontale e scorrono su binarimetallici a scomparsa con sistema dichiusura ammortizzato. Le ante sono inoltredotate di cerniere metalliche che rallentano lachiusura a fine corsa. Da notare è lo “scalino”lasciato tra il top e la struttura sottostante checonferisce maggiore leggerezza al mobile.

Le Briccole di VeneziaTra le briccole di Venezia. Una Collezione checoinvolge 34 grandi nomi del design, dell’arte edella moda, carica di valori ecologici legati alriuso di un protagonista del paesaggioveneziano: le Briccole, pali in legno di rovere chespuntano nella laguna, ormai corrosi dallemaree. Semplici creazioni della naturainterpretati da famosi designer e trasformati inoggetti d’arte da Riva 1920.

Among the posts in Venice. A collectioninvolving the works of 34 important figures inthe world of design, art and fashion, animatedby ecological concerns related to the reuse of anobject that is an iconic part of the Venetianscene: the “Briccole”, the oak mooring poststhat rise out of the lagoon. Eroded by the tides,the posts are given new life in the projects ofthese designers and transformed into objects ofart by Riva 1920.

A new version of the “Colonia” series,presented with side panels, a centralcompartments’ divider and transparenttempered crystal shelves. The body isentirely made of solid wood, and the backpanels are made of veneered multilayer.The cabinet is also available with internalled-lighting and with soft-close drawersfeaturing metal slides. The cabinet isavailable in all wood types and finishes asprovided by Riva 1920 Collections(the picture shows the version in walnutwood, finished with oil). The cabinet canbe custom-made.

Eine Glasvitrine zu der bereitserfolgreichen Kommode KYOTO.Struktur in furnierten Vielschichtholz(Abb. Nussbaum).Massivholzrahmentür mit temperiertenKlarglas mit dem charakteristischengefrästen Griff über die gesamte Höhe. Im Innern befinden sich praktischeSchübe und verstellbare Fachböden. Auch in Sonderanfertigung erhältlich.

Una vetrina che richiama il design e glispessori della struttura della credenzabassa mod. Kyoto. Struttura in legnomultistrato impiallacciato noce. Ante incristallo trasparente con cornice in legnomassello sulla quale è ricavata anche lafresata per l’apertura. Nei due vaniinterni sono visibili due pratici cassettiportaoggetti e sei ripiani regolabili in trediverse posizioni. Vetrina disponibile invarie larghezze e realizzabile su misura.

The Kyoto cabinet draws inspirationfrom the design lines of the Kyotosideboard. The structure is in walnutveneered multilayer. The doors aremade of transparent tempered crystal,they are provided with solid woodframe and carved-in groovesfunctioning as invisible handles.The two internal compartmentsfeature two storage drawers and sixshelves that can easily be adjusted tothree different positions. The cabinetis available in different widths and itcan be custom made.

PANAMA LEATHER is an interesting piece of furniture inwhich wood perfectly marries the elegance of leather.The Panama cabinet is conceived as a container forstoring tableware and chinaware, or as a cocktailcabinet. The two doors are upholstered in hand-stitchedleather, highlighting the peculiarity and uniqueness of acraft-made piece of furniture. The inner part is providedwith two chests of drawers aimed at storing tableclothes and precious goods. Panama Leather is alsoavailable as a wardrobe: depth 60cm and custom madeinner equipment. Disegnata da Matteo Thun, la vetrinaLIGHT integra la gamma dell’omonimaserie che comprende già il tavolo e lapanca e riprende le stesse caratteristichee gli stessi spessori otticamente ridotti,senza rinunciare alla solidità di unprodotto in legno massello. Le ante sonorealizzate in cristallo trasparenteracchiuse da una fine cornice in legnomassello. All’interno il vano unicoconsente di essere sfruttato al meglioanche grazie a quattro piccoli cassettiniportaoggetti e tre ripiani in legno.
