ALSO NOTE - all crew requirements should be discussed with lighting and sound designers on an individual basis as this show can rather easily scale up or down depending on venue size. I. Purchaser shall guarantee proper security at all times to ensure the safety of Artist, Artist’s crew, auxiliary personnel, instruments, and all equipment, clothing, and personal property, from the beginning of the load in to completion of the load out. Security protection shall commence upon arrival of Artist’s equipment at the venue and continue until the removal of all of Artist’s equipment. Purchaser (s) shall be financially responsible for loss due to lack of security. B. While uniformed security is not necessary for this show, there must be ushers or other applicable theater personnel guarding all entrances to the stage from the audience and preventing any unauthorized individuals from accessing the backstage area. C. Purchaser agrees to supply an “All Area” access identification system (cloth, stick on passes, wristband, badges, etc.). A total amount of such identification needed for Artist and Artist’s crew shall be made available to Artist’s tour manager upon arrival of Artist and Artist’s equipment. D. No non-venue personnel are allowed access backstage or to dressing rooms without approval by tour producer. IV. V. Recording: Absolutely no recording (audio, video, film or otherwise) of the concert or sound check is permitted without prior written authorization and releases from Artist, the Musicians, and the Producer. Producer retains the rights to record for personal and archival uses.

VI. Performance: Artist retains the complete control over the manner and means of performance including, but not limited to: choice of program, lighting design and sound mix.!

VII. Parking: Please arrange for three parking spaces for Artist’s vehicles adjacent to stage door to be available before, during, and after performance (if applicable).!

VIII. Complimentary Tickets: Purchaser agrees to provide a minimum of ten (10) complementary tickets in preferred seating locations for each show. Artist will inform Purchaser 48 hours prior to the show if tickets will be used. If tickets are not used, they may be released for resale.!

IX. Catering and Hospitality:!

1. Dressing Rooms:a. 1 Star Dressing Room for Rob Evan b. Private Dressing Room for 1 female singers c. Private Dressing Room for 2 male singers d. Private Dressing Room for Musical Director (if available) e. (1) Large Dressing Rooms for Traveling Musicians. f. (1) Green Room (if available) for Production Staff g. (1) Tour Office (if available) for Producer All dressing rooms must be heated and cooled, have adequate electrical outlets and appropriate lighting. Dressing rooms must have clean private toilets, hot and cold running water, and a full- length mirror. All dressing rooms should have adequate clean comfortable furniture to facilitate the traveling party.!

2. Green Room or Dressing Rooms should have the following available at all times:

a. A variety of soft drinks, juices (orange-not from concentrate, cranberry, and grape, etc.), bottled water (both cold and room temp), hot water, tea with lemon, honey, coffee (both decaf and regular) and Ricola throat lozenges.

b. Light snacks - a variety of cheeses and sliced meats, crackers, a variety of fresh fruits (apples, grapes, bananas, berries, etc.), and mixed nuts, raisins, etc. as appropriate. !

AUDIO AND BACKLINE REQUIREMENTS!

Please note that all sound and backline requirements are designed for large and mid-size venues. For smaller venues, outdoor events, or other unique configurations, please contact the designer directly. !

Stage: Stage size at least 32’ deep x 40’ wide Portable stages and risers must be stable, secure, and clamped together. All gaps in stage sections must be taped together.!

Stools: (10) Black Wood (or metal) Backless Bar Type Stools with Foot rails. Chairs: (2) Cello Chairs (or equivalent)!

Music Stands: (8) “standard” Hamilton (or equivalent) music stands (Big band style fronts are not acceptable). (8) music stand lights. Spare bulbs for music stand lights... Stand lights MUST be dimmable (1) flexible piano light!

Mic Stands: (8) mic stands without booms. (4) of the stands should be one-hand adjustable style- Hercules or equivalent.!

STAGING, SOFTGOODS, LIGHTING & PROJECTION REQUIREMENTS (OPTIONAL)!

Risers: SEE ATTACHED GROUNDPLAN

Two 4 x 8 x 24 risers Two 4 x 8 x 36 risers Two 2 x 4 x 12 risers!

Appropriate black skirting or facing for risers!

Stairs: Four sets of stairs for the risers – (2) must reach 32 inches and (2) must reach 18 inches

Please – Any changes to the ground plan must be approved in advance by the producer.!

Softgoods and Screens:!

(4) Sets of flat black legs (4) Flat black borders (1) Full Stage Flat Black (without fullness) with a center split – does not need to travel – can be dead hung. (4) lengths of white spandex (provided by producer) (3) Projection screens (optional) - exact sizes and location depend on specific stage size. Please contact Producer for additional info. We can utilize anything from a full stage RP to various smaller front or rear projection surfaces.

Projectors (optional):!

(1) 10k or better projector for center screen (2) 8k or better projectors for left and right positions (3) Appropriate cabling, to reach running position!

We have a great deal of flexibility regarding projections for the show. If you have gear available, please let us know. !

Lighting - we have several configurations available for the show depending on the size of venue. Please contact lighting designer Stephen Terry at (801) 541-3407 or [email protected] for details. All configurations require an ETC Ion or Eos for show control. Full lighting rider will be forwarded upon request.
