During the past 1 0 years there have been a number of eled;;cal, water' (flood)

and Tire events. at 78 Webster Avenue during which- the conten1s of Pollorivm1s office·

hove be.en damaged to.different degrees. At least one.fire and three flood e v e ~ t s h ~ v ecaused mqre significant damcige to the' contents' of Pallorium's office' and Ia Pallorium's

equipmentr books records and fites. The most recent events occurred on opproximOtely

July 8 2009 Jonv01y l 2010 and September 8, 2010. The.building super responded to.

all events, and gn of least one occasion our if suronce adjuster, Mr; Bud Borger,'.olso

visited the Pallorium office to assess damages.

Pallorium and this.office have settled .all matters related to damage of Pallorium
