Application Process

1. Club qualifies

2. Club submits club-developed global grant proposal online

3. TRF reviews proposal for initial approval

4. Club submits global grant application

5. District approves online

6. TRF reviews for final approval


Global Grant Reporting

• Progress report submitted 12 months after funds received

• Every 12 months until project is complete

• Final report submitted within 2 months of project completion


Packaged Grants

• Collaborations with non-Rotary strategic partners and Rotary-affiliated entities

• Support the areas of focus

• Can be scholarships, humanitarian projects, or vocational training

Disease Prevention and Treatment

Vocational training team travels from USA to Uganda to provide pediatric heart surgeries and train local health professionals.


Student from New Zealand receives scholarship to pursue advanced master’s degree in public international law (specialization in peace, justice, and development) at Leiden University in the Netherlands.

Peace and Conflict Prevention/Resolution


Equipment and materials to supply a pediatric center and establish a training program on public health and nutrition in Togo.

Maternal and Child Health


Three Mayan villages in Guatemala receive clean, reliable water supply; latrines; and vegetable gardens. Vocational training team from Japan educates villagers about disease risks and transmission, improved waste disposal practices, sustainable planting and gardening methods, and nutrition.
