Round

UTW initiative aims to provide Egyptian selected students with the technical skills required by market needs in the engineering field. The whole initiative is held under the umbrella of Community participation so that Engineering Consultants Group (ECG), the Excellent-Way Training Center, Rotary Clubs in Egypt, and students' bodies in Universities agreed to implement the University to Work initiative.

This initiative aims to produce world class skilled students among Egyptian universities and get them well-qualified by developing their technical and professional skills, and molding their characters to cope with the labor market needs. Under the umbrella of Corporate responsibility, ECG Engineering Consultants Group, The Egyptian European Organization for Training and Development (EEOTD), and Rotary Clubs in Egypt, an agreement was set to implement the University to Work initiative.
