Hello there—
Hope you’re in a holly jolly mood this holiday season. I know that the holidays can be everything but easy,
and that is why I’m here. To be your own special Santa Claus. Here is your master guide to gift-giving, travel
tips, holiday parties, the sartorial essentials for every occasion that pop on your calendar… the list goes on.
Along with Sailor’s Holiday Guide, I’ll be sharing plenty more on the site (like giveaways!) and through a
special newsletter that will be launching next week.
I look forward to sharing this holiday season with you all. Like always, thank you for supporting Sailing the
Sea of Style and allowing me to create my vision.
Merry merry.

SAILOR’S GOLDEN RULES OF THE
HOLIDAYS
I. Never wear heels to & from the party. You’ll be thanking yourself later (instead of moaning “beauty is pain”)
II. Don’t “Griswold” your house.
III. Take the Ugly *Funny* Christmas Sweater game seriously.
IV. Decorating the tree with balance and design is an art and task.
V. The Beach Boys and Home Alone 2 Christmas albums are #1.
I originally had this page planned to be closing remarks for my holiday guide. As much as I love the festive season, presents, parties, etc… may we always remember to treat each other with kindness and respect. With the recent acts of terror and violence in the world, let
us remember the true meaning of the holiday season. Enjoy and cherish each moment spent with loved ones and new friends. Give
back to those in need or even give someone a smile. I promise you it will make a difference, even if you don’t think so.
I wish you a jolly and festive holiday season. Like always, thank you so much for reading and supporting my blog- it means the world
to me. I love what I do and cannot wait to share more with you. Thank you to my friends and family- I love you all.
As always-
