Summary: The purpose of the Sales Representative is to reach individual quotas of monthly dues, annual dues, guest fees, renewals, etc., and help ensure the company meets its goals. This includes corporate and individual memberships. Responsibilities: Meets sales skills standards (phone presentation, building rapport, greeting, touring, overcoming objections and closing sales). Customize the buying experience by aligning our team and programs with the unique needs, interests and goals of each prospective member Schedules and confirm appointments with prospects. Tracks sales activity daily, weekly and monthly. Processes contracts and paperwork in a timely manner Obtains referrals from current and new members. Attends required meetings and training sessions. Represents the studio in various outside sales capacities, including participating in networking functions and building relationships. Performs related duties as required. Requirements: Possess a minimum of two years of sales experience (preferably in a fitness environment) Competitive drive to succeed in a performance based culture Personal passion and commitment for living a healthy way of life Excellent communication skills Customer service focus Team oriented Ability to lift 15 to 20 pounds and walk repeatedly during the shift. Must be able to spend extended time on the phone and in office.
