Samer KhazaalGrowing up in Lebanon , Samer’s athletic background started from a young age, played basketball and martial arts at a high level for many years.

However, it was in Canada where samer found his passion for yoga, a daily practice that offered him not only a physical chal-lenge but also integrated spirituality .

Having had long time meditation practice, Samer is now able to holistically combine his love of unique movement and mindful-ness. His inspiration comes from his teacher, legendary yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra.

Samer completed a 200 hrs teacher training with world-renowned yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra .

His classes are dynamic and creative but he also brings a light-ness to his teaching which allows you to relax and have FUN He is here to share, inspire and push boundaries, leaving you with a deeper message far beyond the security of your yoga mat.
