SHIPPING –
Turnaround t ime for orders is 2-5 business days. If you would l ike a later del ivery date, please specify that over the phone or email the request to [email protected]. All shipping co s t s w i l l b e cha r ged a t t he t ime o f sh ipmen t and wil l be added to the f inal invoice. Scarlet & Gold is not responsible for any shipment delays. Al l shipments wil l be sent from our warehouse in Auburn, Alabama.
RETURNS –
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted unless the product is defective. For any defective i tems, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. Al l i tems must be sent back unopened and unused.
