Food & Beverage Business Firing Up Your Passion for the F&B Business

Build a strong foundation in Food & Beverage (F&B) management and operation with the Diploma in Food & Beverage Business.

This course provides students with the foundation for an F&B career before branching out to specialise in either F&B Management or Culinary Arts.

Students pursuing the F&B Management specialisation will learn about restaurant operations, while those in the Culinary Arts specialisation will be trained by renowned chefs and acquire knowledge about nutritional sciences as well as food safety and hygiene.

As part of the practical curriculum during the Teaching Enterprise Project (TEP) attachments, students have the opportunity to work with and be mentored by celebrity chefs at NYP’s training restaurant, L’Rez. Students can also gain hands-on experience in running an F&B establishment at the training cafe, L’Cafe.
