04 Boxes for mechanisms, flush mounted GENERAL INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Boxes for mechanisms flush mounted are destined for electrical instalations and telecommunications. Flush mounted in walls, ceilings and floors noncombustible, and recommended for a maximum voltage of 1,000 V AC or 1,500 d.c. The universal box with multiple links consists of five boxes ready to be installed together, that can be cut depending on your needs, with the ability to link to the same or opposite direction, it can also link to the references 23005 and 23006. Has 4 accommodations for screws of 25mm. This box measures 44 mm deep, allowing for quick and easy installation of all types of mechanisms. Don´t need tools for drilling the tube input, and has 8 tube input of 25 mm. Manufactured termoplastic material halogen-free ABS. Manufactured to recommendation UNESA-D 1407-D, and according to the UNE-EN 60670-1, February 2006. -Degree of protection IP: 30. -Degree of protection against impacts IK: 0.7. -Isolation voltage: 750 V. Test method voltage: 3,500 V. -Glow wire test 650 º. -Maximum and minimum temperature during installation: -25 ° C to 60 º C. -Tightening torque on screws: 0.90 Nm. The boxes are intended for use in an indoor enclosure,for electrical installations or similar. The blind lids allow to keep the box free of dirt in the Course of the work. The plastic filaments acts as witnesses and allows you to retrieve the blind lid for a new facility. Made of termoplastic material PP halogen free. SEQUENCE OF ASSEMBLING FOR BOX REF. 23001 SEQUENCE OF ASSEMBLING FOR BOX REF. 23005 WITH ITS BLIND LID REF.23246 The assembling it´s the same for all references in this serie FIXING INSTRUCTIONS: The flush mounted boxes are fixing to the wall in the holes provided for such purpose, using cement mortar, plaster or plaster, placed so that they protrude from 5 to 8 mm, in this way when you plaster the wall, the box will be flush with the wall. The lid assembly Ref. 23316, to the box Ref.23001, is made with screws. For removing the lid, you have to do toggle with a screwdriver, between the box and the lid.
