Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, located in Tarrytown, NY (Westchester County, NY), is one of the premiere mid-sized biotechnology companies in the Industry. We are known for outstanding Science, for our rich and expanding pipeline of late and early stage drug candidates, and for innovative collaborations with large pharmaceutical companies. Because the ability to hire outstanding employees rapidly is critical to our ongoing success, the Staffing function at Regeneron is viewed as a core strategic competency. Regeneron has built a strong, innovative staffing team and process, which includes both Internal Resources and a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) component. We need a strong staffing leader to help support Regeneron’s growth and to continue building a great staffing function. Reporting to the Vice President Human Resources, the ideal candidate will have:

10+ years broad Human Resources leadership experience including designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies with a strong preference for those having pharmaceutical industry related experience. Led a mid-sized to large staffing function and/or led an HR function where staffing is a critical component Comfort with an outsourced staffing model (RPO) A Strong Technology and Process Orientation with the goal of implementing or developing best practices into the staffing function
