PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Monrovia, Liberia May 2012-present Executive Director,

• As Executive Director (ED), I am responsible to recruit, train and employ staff. I also work and coordinate with all local and international partners in sourcing, implementing and managing projects signed between P4DP and relevant partners.

• Provide comments on draft report and ensure quality meets accepted standard.

• Part of my task is to develop P4DP capacity and provide managerial as well as leadership services to all P4DP’s employees, consultants and work with partners in a mutual and productive ways to achieve the organisation’s goals and objectives.

Ø Together with various scholars and professional around the world, the University of Florida under the guidance of Sharon Abramowitz has lunched ‘Ebola 100’ project. P4DP is to implement the study in Liberia, once modalities are finalized.(The purpose of the study is to conduct a “history of the present” of the West African Ebola Outbreak by interviewing a minimum of 100 individuals (max. 500) who were or are presently involved in the West African humanitarian response in Liberia, Guinea, and Sierra Leone, or are involved in the humanitarian response in regional or institutional centers in neighboring or distant countries. Interviewees will include staff of multilateral organizations, governments, local and international NGOs and CBOs.)

Ø Researching Health in Humanitarian Crisis, specifically looking at the role traditional healers played in the transmission and mitigation of the Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) in Liberia and how this group of providers could help strengthen the national health services in the wake of the outbreak. (Platform for Dialogue and Peace June – December, 2015). PI . Funded by Research for Health in Humanitarian Crisis ( R2HC) and U.K Aid.

Ø Framework for Assessing Resilience- a study aimed at de-emphasizing the concept of fragility and promoting ‘Resilience’ through the development of
