Anyplayer,fanorcoachejectedfromagamewillbeprohibitedfromcompetinginhis/herteam'snextgame.

RefundPolicyNorefundofanykindforanyteamthatregistersandwithdrawsanytimeonorafterApril1st,2018

Norefundswillbeissuedifthetournamentisshortenedinpartforanyreason,includinginclementweatheroranyother"ActofGod."

Norefundforanyteamthatisremovedfromthetournamentbythetournamentdirectorforusingillegalplayersorbehaviorthatrequirestheteamtoberemovedfromthetournament.

ShootingStarorit’sstaffwillnotberesponsibleforanyexpensesincurredbyanyteam,clubororganizationifthetournamentiscanceledinwholeorinpart.

WeatherPolicyIntheeventofadverseweatherorunplayablefieldconditions,thetournamentdirectorreservestherightto:-  Reducegametimesinordertocatchupwithschedule.-  Finishgamesbeforeinclementweatherarrives,ortopreservefieldconditions.-  Reschedulegames,ifpossible.

Thedirectorsreservetherighttocancel,shorten,orrescheduletournamentgamesduetoinclementweather,poorfieldconditions,orplayerandfansafetyconcerns.Norefundswillbegrantediftheseactionsarenecessary.

Thunder/LightningPolicyIfthunderorlightningisobservedplaywillbesuspendedimmediatelyandplayersandfanswillbeaskedtoleavethefieldstoreturntocars.Playwillbeallowedtoresume30minutesafterthelastsoundofthunderorsightingoflightningisobservedwhichthetournamentmedicalstaffwilldetermine.Everyattemptwillbemadetobeginsubsequentgamesontime.Subsequentgameswillbeginimmediatelyafterprecedinggames.Thesegamesmayconsistofone30minuterunningtimeperioduntilgamesarebackonschedule.Oncegamesarebackonscheduletheywillrevertto“normal”tournamentgametimeprocedures.ForuptodateschedulechangespleaseusetheShootingStarMobileAPPandtwitter@shootingstarfh.
