INTRODUCTION
The current business environment in India is very dynamic, ever changing and unpredictable. Businesses thrive on stability and predictability. Managers want to plan and strategize for the future which requires stable environmental conditions. But for the decision makers unwavering and steady business ecology seems like a chimera. Businesses operate in a VUCA space today. Fast, complex and unpredictable situation may emerge from multiple sources: Governments announcement of demonetization, rolling out GST, making new policies like the new e-commerce policy etc can lead to challenges for businesses; due to globalization there has been high level of interrelatedness among economies and one event in a remote part of the world can trigger wide and unexpected consequences in a distant place. 'Black swans' can emerge anywhere disrupting things all over the world; changing strategies of competitors in the market place is one important element that cannot be ignored, new product launches, expansion of one's area of operations and even a great advertizing campaign can disrupt the existing equilibrium; changing behavior of Indian consumers, paradigm shift in rural consumption have forced businesses organizations to re-position its offerings ; finally new technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning etc are forcing businesses to rethink their mental models.
OBJECTIVE OF THE CONFERENCE
The main objective of the conference is to provide a platform to academicians, researchers, industry experts and practitioners to engage in meaningful dialogue in context of the emerging trends that are influencing business and management today. The conference is an opportunity to identify and understand the trends and chart out a steady direction for organizations to excel in the prevailing environment. It will provide an opportunity to the research community to present their ideas and explore new ones through engaging discussion and feedback.
Guideline and Format of Full-Paper:
Full paper should be within a word limit of 2000-4000 words. The full- paper should also have
an abstract (approx. 200 words).
The Full paper should contain the following:
• Title •Abstract (with key-words) • Introduction • Literature Review • Research Gap and Research Problem • The objective of the study • Research Methodology / Design / Approach / Hypothesis • Data Analysis • Findings of the study •Limitations, suggestion & implications of the study practical / business / social implications (if any) • Conclusion • Reference/ Bibliography(American Psychological Association style) • The topic title should be in capital case followed by the author/s name and a page end note with author's details. The topic title, abstract, main text, figures, graphs, tables, references, etc. must be in ONE document using Microsoft Word (.doc/docx.) • Use Times New Roman 12- point font, single spacing, 1 –inch (2.5 cm) margin all around, and 8.5”* 11 “ page setting. References should also be single spaced. The text layout in the whole document should be in one column.
The manuscript should not have been published or under consideration in any journal/conference proceedings.

conference. The registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions, meals
