These communies include Thabazimbi Local Municipality (Limpopo province), Tsantsabane Local Municipality (ZF Mgcawu District, Northern Cape) and the John Taolo Gaetsewe District (Northern Cape province). Who is eligible to apply? What to submit

A completed SIOC-cdt Bursary Application form

A certified copy of latest matric results including mid-year Grade 12 results, or latest university/college academic results where application for funding is for 2nd year onwards

Proof of acceptance at a recognised, public Higher Education Institution (University or TVET/FET College)

One-page cover letter to motivate your case for financial need

A certified copy of your South African ID

How to apply

Download a copy of application form from the SIOC-cdt website (www.sioc-cdt.co.za); or

Collect form at SIOC-cdt offices in Kathu or GT-cdt office in Thabazimbi; or

Collect form at the nearest circuit office of the Department of Education; and

Complete the form and attach all supporting documents and submit to the Bursary Office through various channels discussed below

SciMathUS (Second Chance – matric) Leaners from our benefi-
