How it works?

• Two Way SMS come with a short number for a user to send a response back. This number is called “Shortcode”, it is the format of 4XXXXXX

• A user needs to send command, which could be your brand (eg. SONY, AIA, LUX, NESCAFE) or generic command (eg. ANS, GET, FREE).

• In case of a quiz or survey, a command can mix with some other details eg. “ANS hotdog” (hotdog is your answer) or “FREE John Doe” (John Doe is a name of a user)

• Once a user send command to shortcode, he/she will receive a free message back. This could be simple thank you message “Thank You for your respondse, we will annouce the winner on 15 April” or a SMS coupon “Show this SMS to get 15% discount at Siam Paragon”

• Then you can retrieve your clients’ numbers and commands via our web interface
