Overview

• Snowbility addresses the needs of communities in BC with emerging adaptive snow sport programs through:– Increased participation– Sustained involvement; building infrastructure,

training volunteers, attracting new students, and establishing an inventory of equipment

– Promotion of adaptive snow sport programs within communities

3 main components:

• Student recruitment and retention• Volunteer instructor training and certification• Specialized adaptive equipment purchase and

maintenance
