Repair work is another service we provide. This includes bowstring truss repair, beam & arch repair, and removal & replacement of damaged timbers & decking.
We also produce hand crafted wood pieces such as wood mantels and custom carving as an added specialty.

W. W. Timbers has completed hundreds of heavy timber projects, which include: private residences, religious structures, golf clubhouses, libraries, train stations, restaurants, pedestrian and vehicular bridges, salt storage domes, noise walls, indoor waterparks and various outdoor structures.
The Arlington Park Racecourse, Chicago Bears indoor practice facility, the Walter Payton Center, in Lake Forest and multiple structures for The Morton Arboretum Children’s Center in Lisle, IL, are also included on our list of accomplishments.
In 1999 we earned Outstanding Subcontractor in IDOT’s Contractor of the Year Awards Competition for the Lakewood Drive Timber Bridge in Glencoe.
One of our favorite projects was the dining hall and gymnasium for Paul Newman’s “The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp” for terminally ill children in Ashford, CT.
It is important to us that our workmanship and reputation throughout the industry be highly sought after and respected.
